Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free of pet hair or dander.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned pet apparel, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
